Not healing my glans after cicumsicion

My glans are healing from last 30 days after got phimosis surgerical operation. i have used antibiotic tabs such as clavam 625 for 7 days and oratil LZ for 7days, and inital 7 days i used t-bact ointment, nex 7 dyas i used sepgard gel and next 7 days i used placentrex gel. but till now my glans are healing. some times bleeding comes in my glans when erectile. pls guide me. thanks.

Hi, its normal , just cleans it with antiseptic liquid three times a day. U can consult me online if u have any further doubts.
