Not going motion properly

My son is 3 year old , these days he is not going motion properly nowdays 3 days once he is going earlier was going regularly once or twice in a day . Taking proper foods & drink milk also regularly once in this couple of week we see him Like this . Please suggest any syrup for going motion regularly or any home natural remedies . Kid is active nothing issue with day to day life .
