What's  cooking up in your mind at this phase of your life?!! What are you worried about!!! Are there any immediate family commitments, Or do you feel,  you cannot complete it.!!!! If you you think,  only  of the above,  it will be difficult to sleep even,  if you are tired. Learn to understand the problem and how to handle it better. For which,  consult a psychologist.
