1) make sure you are not using any gadgets atleast 1 hour before sleep ( TV / mobile phone etc )
2) make sure you go to bed almost at the same time everynight
3) make sure your room is completely dark
4) add on milk with some turmeric before sleeping
5) do some breathing exercises before going to bed that will help you relax
6) herbs like Ashwagandha also help in reducing stress

7) take up some physical activity like - working out a little at home ( even 30-40 mins of physical activity is fine )
