Hello my wife did not getting periods.. Its about 45 days till today.. But shes getting negative results in preganews.. Please someone tell me what's happening

Get a serum beta hcg test done if negative ask her to take tablets for getting period Also if repeated irregular period then get hormonal tests done along with sonography
