Not getting Normal flow with deviry tab

Hi, i didnt had my periods since jan and pregnancy test is negative after consulting gyno, she gave deviry tab for 5 days. After a week i have spotting not a normal flow. What would be the reasons? Will i have normal periods in few days?

May be get done ultrasonography to rule out pcod problem.Also check the TSH level and serum prolactin.If these two levels are normal then wait at least for 3_4days for normal flow otherwise meet to doctor.
