My age is 73 and I am suffering from diabetes , Parkinson disease as well as panic disorder symptoms .. my question is why sometime i feel like my feets got chills, pain in chest ,and throat feels like stickey kindly suggest me what should I do !

All the symptoms you mentioned, chills of feet, chest pain and dryness of throat can occur in anxiety among other things.
