Pls consult a "Clinical Psychologist" as immdiately as possible. They will guide you to the next steps you will have to take to help yourself get better and feel good about yourself. Meanwhile, Pls dont allow your mind to wander towards smoking and drinking alchohol as they will cause negative thoughts and short temperedness to become worse and worse. One practical tip is whenever you begin to feel angry.. try to eat someting and drink a glass or two of water. It helps in a way. I am telling from personal experience.
