Hi mam/sir iam sushmita my son is 5 years old on last sunday i gave him zentel syrup for deworming fist dose by two days he did vomitings and now he is not eating food properly he is not willing to eat can i know why this happening please suggest me

Vomiting is not bcoz of zentel ma.. Maybe he has stomach infection... And child wont prefer to eat due to fear of vomiting..
