Not eating anything even his favourite

Hi Doctor, My son is 2.4 yrs old and since 2 -3 days he doesn't have any interest in eating even his favourite items. We are so worried he never did something like this before whenever we ask him to eat he just runs away and doesn't take any interest in eating. Please guide us what needs to be done here. Most of the time he is playing.
