Sir using medicine but fasting 180 to 210 and after 2hrs food taking after plus 90 to 100 increased are you suggesting any new medicine metformine 500mg sr

You will need medications for these blood sugar levels in addition to diet and exercise. Metformin SR 500 might not be sufficient as the sugar levels are high. You need to consult your doctor regarding further treatment of your diabetes.
