My wt. is 60 kg iam not check my heart beating by heart touch. after walking fast my heart beat fast then check by hand. and also minior pain in left chest and weakness and some pain on bones joint and head

After a fast walk it's normal to raise heart beat.thats not any thing serious.for weaknesses and pain take some iron and multivitamins.
