Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Sleep is very important activity for both physical and mental health, especially during your pre delivery stages. Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in recent times like any work or home related stress, relationships or family issues, general anxiety, lifestyle changes etc. Any of these could easily trigger some distress that can affect your sleep and emotional health. It needs further evaluation of your past history to recommend suitable solution. Be positive. You may follow some of non- medicine  solutionl like self therapies, few lifestyle routine changes, dietary changes, excersise along with a counseling session.

This may be due to pre delivery anxiety. DON'T worry please consult a u physician immediately and take precautions. Not doing so might affect the fetus adversely. Keeping awake for such a long time may be life threatening to you and or the fetus.
