I find hard to get into sleep. Sometimes after 2-3 hours,I found myself awake. even if I m tired I am unable to go into sleep. I take only 2-3 hours of deep sleep. It is affecting my whole routine and my performance
I feel today Sudden fear with little headache only when I am trying to sleep or about to sleep..... ..?
