NOT ABLE TO FEEL HAPPY/ENJOY GOOD THINGS

Hi from past few months not able to feel good or enjoy the things ,  I have some anxiety something is stopping experiencing joy I constantly keep on thinking something which then doesn't allow me to enjoy the present moments, I really feel depressed when I am alone and I can't control my thoughts on myself I feel sad and go back to past and regret on the things which I Missed long back. please help me ! this has put me to the worst situation of life where the things around me are good but I am not able to enjoy them or feel fulfilled. I am always in some anxiety and fear which I don't know why I have it I feel I have them in my subconscious mind please please please please me I feel I am missing my life...

It’s good that you are able to realise these changes in your mind. You have not mentioned the duration of symptoms or your seizure disorder My opinion is to meet a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation
