We are planning for baby & trying for it from 4 months, my doctor advised to get follicular study , my follicular study states that  right ovary endometriosis measuring 16*12mm, left ovary normal in size. Is this affecting my fertility

Endometriosis cyst appears to be very very small and there is nothing to be done for now to to reduce it you can just try for conceiving
