Hello I'm sorry to hear you have not been successful in conceiving spontaneously. I believe the time has indeed come to investigate you and your husband. So I would need to ask you a few questions: Are your periods regular , how many days do you bleed? Do you or your husband have any difficulty during sex? Do you or your husband have (present or past) any major illness? This problems, diabetes, bp problems etc? Any history of surgeries for you or your husband? Any history of inguinal injuries for your husband? Have either of you done any tests or investigations? Please let me know and I will guide you further with regards to investigations.
