Not able to conceive a baby

10 years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy when I was unmarried and 19 years old then after I got little thyroid problem and from starting itself my periods were irregular. I am married now from last 3 years with the same guy now I am not able to conceive and my periods this time 2 months delayed and still not came. Pregnancy test is negative.

How long have you been trying? How was your ectopic pregnancy treated; was it surgically treated?
