Nosebleeds since yesterday
I am 18 years old. Yesterday suddenly my left nose started bleeding...It happened twice yesterday and today again when I was sleeoing suddenly blood flowed out of my left nose and it is getting stopped immediately like in a minute or so. I have high BP and take medicines Concor COR 2.5 and Myotan CN. I also have slipped disc and am taking maxgallin 75 since January and shine 10 mg for one month. I now checked my BP through OMROn BP Machine,it is 138/86. Please help doctors I am very worried ss I feel it may be somethings serious. Please respond. I posted my query a little ago but forgot to give my BP reading of today.Thank You.

In the age of 18 it's unusual to have bleed due to high bp.. We need to rule out other causes..
First yu start with Botroclot nasal drops sos for bleed
Tab. Texid 500 mg bd for 2 days
Saline nasal drops 2 drops thrice daily
Tab. Montek lc at night time
Observe for 2 days .. if bp is 130/80 it's unusual that bleed happens ...
