Please provide detailed history for diagnosis n treatment. Botroclot nose drops 2 drops three times a day

Use botroclot nose drops 2drops both nostrils thrice daily Avoid nose picking Consult if bleeding doesnt stop or reoccurs

U can use Botroclot nasal drop 2 drop morning and evening Nasal endoscopy adviced to know the cause of nasal bleed

Nasivion-p nasal drop 2 drops twice daily in both nostrils.. ideally you should visit your ent specialist near by and find out reason for nasal bleed by doing nasal endoscopy.

Pls provide detailed history of nose bleed as: 1. Duration of bleeding ? 2. Left / right or both side bleeding ? 3. Severity of bleeding ? 4. Precipitating factor for bleeding (Provoked or unprovoked) 5. Any other nasal symptom like nasal obstruction, discharge, facial pain or headache 6. Does blood comes from mouth as well ?
