Nose tip pimple causes black spot

My nose tip continuously generates one or two pimple on nose tip since last 8-10 years. It leaves black spot on nose tip. Use of scar removal creams helps to reduce darkness. But temporarily. Dark spot comes again once pimple on nose tip comes back. My face does not have pimples although.
