Loosing the hair and nose become a red colour and I don't have such money for treatment. Can u give some low budget precautions

seems to infection of hair follicles of nose. you need to take simple antibiotics, painkillers like paracetamol and give warm compresses. it won't cost you much considering complications it can causes to avoid frequent occurrences you need to avoid nose picking, keep your nails trimmed..
