I am feeling pain in nose and centre headache and feeling chilling nose , before 2 year I did ct scan of of PNS at that time doctor prescribed some medicine , I feel completely disappeared nose pain and headache, now it again hunting from last one week

You have DNS and bilateral sinusitis plus inferior turbinates are enlarged according to last CT . You need to repeat CT or do a endoscopy to know the present status of turbinate and sinuses …after that medications can be given
