From past one week Nose is getting blocked every now and then, cannot breathe,not able to sleep at nights due to this. No fever, no head or body ache. took 2 tablets( CETIRITE L & SINARITE ) daily for past 3 days to avoid this and sleep properly, but it came back again last night as i did not took tablets.

If no improvement even after taking nasal decongestant medicines.. you should consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment..and treatment..delay may worse the condition..
