My nose has been blocked after the previous train journey. I sometimes have constant back-to-back sneezing. I am unable to breathe through my nose.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days. Take steam inhalations thrice a day. You can use xylomist nasal spray three times a day. If it still persists, you can start a online consultation with me so that I can take a detailed history and suggest you further. Best regards.
