Nose blockage

My son's nose who is 2.5 months old remains blocked whenever he gets up after sleep. He has no other signs of cold. I have been giving nasoclear(saline water) to him. But this condition is present almost right after birth,(around from 1 week age)

Blocked nose is medically significant if he's not able to sleep or feed normally. If none of above is seen, ignore, just rattling sounds in breathing is due to mucous. If blockade is due to mucus, clean it out with a earbud dipped in water, after putting saline drops.
