Hello! Your problem could be chronic sinusitis with or without allergic rhinitis. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses to evaluate further to determine if you have any other anatomical problems in the nose like a deviated nasl septum. Otrivin or nasivion or any such drops shouldn't be used for long periods of time as they cause rebound congestion. A topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
