Nose block

This happens regular evry alternative days.. most of the time when i get from the sleep i do night shift.. my nose get block and m unable to breath properly and sometimes this happens in the day time also... nose block unable breath and Thorat infection.. however local doctor suggested me to have tab Allegra M.. after having this tablet i get relif in couples of hours and again this problem repeat after 1-2 days... need some suggestions plz wat to do now... thank you
