Nose block , sinus, and snoring
I can see in mirror there is one small muscle has increased in my nose(left hole) and every morning i feel my nose are blocked, not able to breathe properly, sometimes throat pain, when i put earphone i feel i am not able to breathe, now days i started snoring very loudly. Looking for best ENT specialist to get rid of this problem which i am facing since four ears, but now it has increased alot.
There are many causes for nasal obstruction such as deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps etc. You might have seen hypertrophy of turbinate in the mirror. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
