My son is 7 years old . He has a nose block only during the night , in the morning there will be no block. Last year he had adenoids grade 2 treated with spray. Is it due to the adenoids or something else!??

It could be Adenoid Hypertrophy. Even with sprays sometimes the regression is very less. If Mouth breathing, Snoring, Crowded teeth, recurrent cold or fever present get a X-RAY Nasopharynx (Lateral view) or Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy to see the grade and get treated accordingly.
