My nose remains blocked almost all the time and I am using otrivin nasal drops regularly.. I can't smell and tasty properly.. and now I have developed allergy in nose and I sneeze a lot sometimes with itching in nose

Nose blockage, in ability to smell and frequent cold can be due to polyps in the nose, you need to see an ENT specialist as well as might require CT scan of nose
