My nose is getting blocked by alternate sides during daytime and more when sleeping and cause breathing issues Nose block is from more than  one year Sleepy during afternoon

You should start with Tab leucotas hd twice daily Nasal spray duonase 2puff twice daily Nasal drops otrivin only for extreme blockage( DON'T USE FOR MORE THAN A WEEK) steam inhalation twice daily
