Kindly consult ent specialist If bleed continue for lone time ( epistaxis) pinch the nose if not helpfull go to hospital emergency department nearby for further management..

An INR value of 0.8 to 1.1 is normal. And in your case it is prolonged. It may also be one of the causes of nosebleeds. But there are many common causes of nosebleeds. and it requires further evaluation. Kindly consult ENT specialist
