My brother has a problem in bleeding in nose monthly thrice in left hole in nose. What is the reason for ?

Age? History of repeated nose picking/ cleaning? Any hypertension/or any chronic illness? On any long term medication? The most common cause of nasal bleed is finger nail trauma.
Next Steps
Avoid touching rubbing cleaning nose. Ice fomentation Decongestant nasal drops will help temporarily. But the underlying cause must be treated.
