Dear Doctor, My friend is 20 weeks pregnant. Starting from 10th week, Intermittently she notices bleeding in the nose. Especially it happens in the morning time when trying to sneeze the nose. At times, it does not bleed but few drops get dried and she notices it when cleaning the nose with towel.
