  1.   Normocytic and normochromic RBC , per se , means Normal Red Blood Cells . 2. If other parameters of the blood report are normal , you are normal. Otherwise not.

Normocytic means normal sized red blood cells and normochromic means normal red colour of the red blood cells. Essentially, its normal RBC. However, it doesn't rule out any disease.
