Normal vs c sec cesarean

Dear Dr. 5 yrs. back my wife had c sec. cesarean delivery without labour pain during her 1st delivery. Now at the time of 2nd pregnancy Dr. says that if we try for normal delivery, there are chances that scar given at the time last delivery burst during labour pain. Hence we should go for c section cesarean. Pl advise

You are getting a correct advice. With safety of anaesthetisia, it's not worth taking a risk of scar dehiscence during labor which is a life threatening condition.
