Normal ecg but still eft hand paining

2023-02-07 03:27:47
My father passed away last week ...now I m having left hand ache last 2 days which sometimes feels like tightness...from shoulder to fingers ...but very mild pain ...and it's on and off ...I m already having anxiety issues from long time and taking nexito plus last 4 years...yesterday I did ECG and also went to my physician for a check up ...he says all normal ...do I still have to worry about heart attack even if my ECG is normal ?  or is this because of stress and anxiety ? Plz advise

Most likely the pain you are experiencing is due to nerve irritation from the neck or below .It is unlikely due to the heart as your doctor has confirmed that the ECG is normal. You can consult with an orthopaedist in your area for cervical spine xray and clinical examination. You can upload the image of ECG .
