Hello dear user in my opinion if head remain floating means there is cephalo pelvic disproprtion ,or short umblical cord,so unnecessarily dont stress for normal delivery because if you forcibly try for normal delivery  baby will not come out healthy.let the dr decide about  mode of delivery..

If the cephalic end doesn’t engage at 37 weeks , walking and squatting surely will help But if the size of foetal head is more than pelvic cavity, this is called cephalopelvic disproportion. Walking should be from 25 to 30 weeks morning and evening . After 37 weeks ... walking may not help

Regular walks ,and staying active is best way to ensure normal delivery, after two weeks she can take hot milk with a spoon of pure cow ghee mixed well atleast once a day .baby head will naturally get engaged as the dates approach closer to delivery date so need to do any special excercises.
