Hi Doctor, I have mild Pitted Acne Scars on  one side of my face. Can  external application of Tretinoin 0.025 percent cream reduce the visibility of scars. Is aloe vera based cream useful  Please help.

Tretinoin is usually not recommended for post acne scars For pitted scars  we analyze for the type of scar rolling , box, ice pick then the treatment is suggested.
