Nodule on thyroid

Hi, I have thyroid from last 9yrs Now i got nodule on thyroid gland and enlarged gland .. Is it serious? How can we reduce this nodule.. Could you please help.. I had csection 2months back. Blood reports : Tsh 0.14 (range: 0.35-5.5) T3 : 138.7 (range: 60-181) T4 : 9.9 (range: 4.6-10.9) Free Thyroxine ( FT4) : 1.25 ng/dL (range :0.89-1.76) Free TriIodothyronine ( FT3) : 4.12 pg/mL ( range : 2.30-4.20) Current Thyronorm dose 25mg per day. Attached scanning report. Please help me.. Why i got nodule and enlargement and how to cure it.. Any serious? Please suggest.

It is not serious This is quite common to develop nodules in goitre You need reduce the thyroxine dose
