Nodular Scabies
I was suffering from scabies 4-5 months ago. After using permethrin and lindane lotion, I almost recovered. But in some body parts like armpits, genitals. There is still nodular bumps and itching persist. I tried corticosteroid ointment and oral anti-allergic medicine but still those nodules and itching exist.
Nodular scabies is usually frustating for the patient as the nodules may remaine for as long as 5-6 months even after completion of scabies treatment.
