I have small nodes in both side of neck from last one week its same in size and I took moxigem 500 medicine and has cbc test my lymphocytes is 41, what is the reason of nodes

You seem to be having cervical lymphadenitis which usually occurs secondary to infections of throat such as viral upper respiratory tract infection, skin and scalp infections etc. You may need to continue antibiotic as prescribed
