Nocturnal Back Pain

Lately I have started having back pain while sleeping. The pain starts in middle of night and affects my centre of back. It goes away after an hour of me waking up and is normal throughout the day. This is happening since more than a week now. I ignored it earlier thinking of it as just a normal pain, but it's a regular thing now.
