I have done semen analysis and the report says no sperm found. what is the next procedure to find sperm cell production. i m planning for kid.

It's very difficult to be a father with this reports.. To be a father soon, be stress free and take sleep of 8to9 hours.. Quit smoking and drinking if any.. Eat healthy food and nuts.. Take ayurvedic medicine.. For further information
