I am sorry you had such a difficult report to deal with. Ideally the doctor should discuss the report and implications with you.
Absent sperms can be due to many reasons. Some further tests are required to determine the cause. One of these involves doing a biopsy from the testes to check if sperms are being made there. If they are you have a good chance of being able to father a child. However it may not always be easy.
Please discuss the test report with your fertility specialist or andrologist and let them know your concerns
