If you want you can reduce 1- 2 kg but not below that. Everything in range is good but below and above is not good for body After that it can give side effects.
Secondly, if you will live healthy which means "Eat healthy ( balanced diet) and within limit within proper timing without skipping meals, be physically active ( do regular exercise) then your future will also be perfectly fine."
