No periods after taking Metital

My monthly cycle tends to be 35-40 days. Post lockdown I didn't get period for two months so I went to a gynecologist and she prescribed me Metital for 3 months. After taking tablet I got mild period once and after 26 days I again got periods and it's been 35 days since my last period and I have still not got it. Why am I not getting periods even after taking Metital. I am also maintaining a healthy lifestyle and doing 5km brisk walk daily to reduce my weight (52 kg) Note: In Feb 2020, I did an ultrasound it said tiny follicles arranged peripherally in ovaries. Please suggest what to do

Recurrent delay in menstrual cycles suggests a hormonal problem which could be PCOS, thyroid disorder or due to high prolactin.

Continue Metital dear twice a day as advised In addition take Tablet Normoz twice a day for three months.
