No periods after diane 35

I have pcos and i am not sexually active. I took a 21day course of diane 35 last month with doctors prescription after I had heavy periods. I took last pill on 21 january but till today I didn't get periods. I m having slight spotting with passing of some tissues but no flow of periods as such. I had slight spotting when I was on pill too. What should I do? Should I start mu second course anyway?

Wait fr a few days U shud get a full flow Get ur Thyroid levels checked Height n weight? The only treatment for pcod is weight reduction
