Hi, It's been more than 13 months since my second delivery and my periods haven't returned. I have reduced breastfeeding too. Should I be concerned?

Can happen while breastfeeding , however not getting your periods at this time doesn't particularly imply that you cannot get pregnant Apart from that nothing to worry
